Inventory Management Access Rights


Access to Inventory Management is set at the level of the "Products & Services" module. There are several roles:

  • Administrator: Has access to all Inventory Management features.
  • Employee: Can create sales documents and view stock balances in the warehouse. This person can also view the history by product but cannot edit it.
  • Storekeeper: If this person has access to the Inventory, they can perform all actions within it. Without access, they cannot perform any actions.

It is also possible to restrict access to a specific warehouse, allowing only viewing or editing rights. You can customize access for a specific employee or a group of users.
