- How to Integrate Tilda With Flowlu
How to Integrate Tilda With Flowlu
Tilda Publishing is a no-code, website builder. The solution is used for creating websites, landing pages, online stores, blogs. Websites are assembled from ready-made blocks (cover, footer, form, etc.).
Set up the integration of your Flowlu account with your website on Tilda and automatically collect leads from forms into your CRM Flowlu.
As soon as the client fills out the form on your website, Tilda sends this data to Flowlu. The system will automatically create an new opportunity and contact/company based on the data received from the client’s response on your website.
How to Set Up Integration with Tilda
To create an integration, you need to configure both the Flowlu account and the Tilda account.
Stage 1. Setting Up Flowlu Accounts
1. Go to the Marketplace section and install Tilda app.
2. After installing the application, open a new section "Tilda" that will appear in the left menu.
3. Click "Connect a Form".
4. In the window that opens specify the name of your form.
5. Copy the Webhook URL. Do not close the page, we will need it at the stage of testing the connection.
Stage 2. Setting Up Tilda Account
1. Open the "Dashboard" section. Select your website and click "Edit Website".
2. Go to the "Site Settings" → "Forms" section. Scroll down to the “Other” section and select “Webhook”.
3. Paste the URL from integration settings in Flowlu and click Add.
4. Tilda suggests to assign this data collection service to all forms on the website. We do not recommend doing this as Flowlu can only manage one webhook per form.
Stage 3. Setting up Data Capture Forms in Tilda
1. Go to "Dashboard" and click on your site. Open the required page on which the form for collecting applications is installed.
2. Find the block with the form, hover over it and click "Content".
3. Select the webhook that you added earlier to receive submissions from this form.
4. Click on the "Input Fields" tab and specify a variable name for each field from which data will be sent to Flowlu. Click Save & Close.
5. Then publish your revised page.
Stage 4. Form Testing
When connecting a new form in Flowlu, by default you always get into debug mode. This is needed to test the connected integration.
1. Go to the published page of your website on Tilda and fill out the form for which the integration was configured.
2. After submission, received information will be displayed in the “Webhook Response” section that appears in Flowlu on the form edit page. This means that the integration is configured correctly.
3. Below you can set a sales pipeline, source and default tags for each opportunity, which will be automatically generated for the submitted form in Tilda. For each opportunity, the system will also automatically tag "Tilda" so that you can filter opportunities created from Tilda.
Step 5. Configuring Field Mapping
Below there are sections for configuring field mapping for an opportunity, contact and organization. They are necessary for the system to identify what data from the form needs to be imported into certain fields of the opportunity, contact or company.
The name of the opportunity is required. The rest of the fields can be left blank (not selected). In this case, the contact or company will not be created.
Save the form.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured the integration with Tilda and now you can automatically create opportunities and contacts / organizations for new leads from your website.
Main Sections
There are two tabs available in the Tilda integration section: Forms and Event History. Let's discuss each of them:
Forms
This section contains all connected forms for your account. The list displays the name of the form, the date of creation and the updated date of the form. Forms can be filtered by name or created date. A search for all forms is also available.
Event History
Event History displays all received responses to the forms from the site on Tilda with the date of their creation in Flowlu.
Click on an event to open its card. The event card displays the name, email, phone number, description or any other fields received from the form. The tranid and formid fields correspond to the Lead id and Block id fields in Tilda. They can be found in the section "My Sites" → "Applications".
On the right side of the card, the date of receipt of the response to the form (events) and resource (the web page on which Tilda is installed) is displayed. In addition, the link with the opportunity and the setting of the form by which this event was created is displayed here.
Permissions
There are two levels of access rights for integration with Tilda: administrator and access denied. The access rights can be set in the module settings in the "Apps" section.
The Administrator of the CRM module can connect and edit forms. If you do not want the employee to have access to the integration section, but immediately work with the created opportunities, then deny him/her access to the module. All opportunities created from Tilda will be displayed according to the access rights to the CRM module, not to the Tilda integration module.
