CRM Widget: Opportunities Overview

You can display key sales metrics on your homepage as a widget. The widget pulls information from the CRM module, including the number of opportunities and their value. This allows you to monitor lead generation or sales performance without navigating to the CRM module and filtering data.

The widget is available on paid plans only.

How to Install the Widget

The widget is installed on your homepage. To access the homepage, go to the Home tab (1) and open Homepage (2).

To find the widget, click Add widget (1), and in the CRM section (2), select Opportunities (3).
Then, choose one of the available widget presets. The following presets are available by default:

• Active Opportunities Value
• Won Opportunities
• Active Opportunities
• Lost Opportunities

The widget will then appear on your homepage.

In the top right corner of the widget, you can find a context menu where you can:

• Open widget settings
• Duplicate it — copy the widget along with its settings and content
• Delete it

Custom Settings

If the available widget presets do not meet your needs, you can customize the widget by selecting specific metrics and filtering their values.

To adjust the settings, click on the context menu of the widget and select Settings, or choose Custom Settings when installing the widget.

In the settings, fill in the following parameters:

• Specify the widget title (e.g., the metric you want to display)
• Select what metric to display—opportunity sum or count
• Optionally, enable a colored background for the widget

You can also change the color of the progress indicator. This is available for situations where the value has increased or decreased.

If you have enabled color highlighting for the widget, the indication color settings cannot be applied. Instead, you can use the "↑" and "↓" arrows to track changes. Depending on the metrics, you will see one of them.

• If the metrics for the previous period are similar to the current ones, you will see a diamond sign "◊" with the number 0.

Next, select the currency and filter the data by the necessary parameters, such as opportunities in specific pipelines or a particular period. If needed, you can also add new fields for filtering, especially if you are using custom fields in the CRM module. Once finished, save your changes.

The customized widget will then appear on your homepage.

Progress Indicator

This functionality will display changes compared to a similar period in the past.

To display the indicator, add a value in the widget settings for either the "Start Date" or "End Date" fields.

The progress indicator will not be displayed if there is no data for comparison.

Here's how it works depending on which dates you specify:

Only a Start Date: Flowlu compares the current Start Date period to the same period in the past. For example:

• "Start Date: Current Month" will compare this month's results to last month.
• If the Start Date is set to today, the indicator compares today's data to yesterday's.
• "Start Date: A specific date range" will compare that range to the same range of dates in the past.

Only an End Date: Works the same way as above, but uses the End Date to determine the comparison period.

Both Start Date and End Date: Flowlu uses the length of your Start Date period to define the comparison period and applies it to both the Start and End Dates.

For example, if your Start Date is from December 16th to December 20th (5 days) and your End Date is December 31st, Flowlu applies these 5 days to both the Start and End Dates.

As a result:

• Start Date will shift to December 11th to December 15th.
• End Date will move to December 26th.

Now, if your Start Date is set to the current month and your End Date is December 10th, Flowlu applies the same period to the previous month.

As a result:

• Start Date will shift to the previous month.
• End Date will move to November 10th.

If an opportunity lacks both a Start Date and an End Date, its data will not be included in the indicator calculation.
