Inventory Management

No more inventory spreadsheets that live in a dusty corner of your computer! Flowlu just launched its brand-new Inventory Management feature, a powerful tool designed to seamlessly manage your stock, track inventory levels, and optimize your operations.

Key Features:

  • Real-Time Item Tracking: Stay on top of your inventory with real-time tracking of item statuses and movements, so you always know what’s in stock and where it’s located.

  • Accurate Cost Estimation: Purchased the same product from various suppliers at different prices? No problem. Flowlu automatically calculates the average cost price, giving you precise financial accounting and insightful cost analysis.

  • Multi-Warehouse Management: Effortlessly manage inventory across multiple warehouses, with the ability to transfer stock between locations in just a few clicks.

  • Accounts Payable to Vendors Report: This new report streamlines your financial management by providing a comprehensive view of your payables to suppliers. Track outstanding payments and maintain healthy relationships with your vendors by keeping your accounts up to date.

Get Started: Log in to your Flowlu account, navigate to the Product & Services section, go to Settings, and enable Inventory Management to explore all the new capabilities.

Duplicating Events in the Calendar

Tired of recreating the same event from scratch? Say hello to our new Copy Event feature. Now, you can duplicate any meeting, appointment, or event with just a click. The copied event will automatically include all the original details like attendees, descriptions, and settings. Feel free to tweak them as needed.

We're currently working on adding recurring events to make your scheduling even smoother. Stay tuned for this exciting update!

"Paused" Status for Opportunities

We're excited to roll out a new status for opportunities: Paused. Now, you can temporarily close an opportunity, and it will be moved to the archive. When you're ready, you can easily bring it back to active status—or even automate the process to resume after a set period, such as 7 days.

This enhancement was driven by feedback from our users who wanted a cleaner Kanban board, showing only the opportunities currently in progress.

Mobile App Updates

We're also excited to announce a range of improvements designed to enhance your mobile experience. Let's dive into the details.

  • Global Search: We’ve introduced a Global Search feature in the Modules tab located in the bottom menu. You can now search across all modules and files seamlessly.

  • User Profile Edit Form: Now, you can edit all fields of your profile directly from your phone.

  • Time Tracker: The time tracker is now available in the app. It includes a global indicator for the running timer and provides a time spent report.
  • IOS Widgets & Shortcuts: The time tracker supports a widget in the Notification Center and Dynamic Island (iOS 16.1+). On iOS 17.0, you can stop the timer directly from the widget without opening the app. A shortcut has been added to the IOS system Shortcuts app to stop an active timer when a widget is present.

  • Task Tabs: A new "Payment" and "Time Elapsed" tabs are now available on the detailed task page, allowing you to manage everything related to task payments and time spent.

  • Enhanced Task Creation Form: The task creation form is now more functional, with the addition of the "Recurring Task" option.

  • Mobile App Optimization: We’ve made significant improvements to the mobile app, including code cleanup, enhanced stability, and optimized performance for a smoother user experience.

The Inventory Management feature in Flowlu allows you to manage your stock in real-time, track item movements, manage multiple warehouses, and optimize your inventory operations.

To duplicate an event, simply click on the event you want to copy in your calendar, click on three-dot button and select the “Copy” option. The new event will include all the original details, which you can edit as needed.

The mobile app enhancements include global search across all modules, easier profile editing, a time tracker with a global indicator, new iOS widgets, and more functional task management, including payment and time tracking tabs.
